John 3, Joshua 2, John 1) , and Amanda (WRIGHT) BIGELOW, was born at Bergen, Genesee co., NY in 1829.  He married at unknown date Catherine E. Stough. (see below)  She was born 17 May 1852 Tuscarawas County, OH, and died 30 October 1937 (aged 85). There was a first marriage found to Ann Daley, but no info. Barton died 07 October 1881 Heads Prairie, TX

Emily Allen came to Port Arthur from Denver, Colorado in 1905 and Mr. Allen was an employee of Texaco until his death in 1920. Mrs. Allen had four children: Mrs. Ruby Slaughter of Port Arthur, Mrs. O.W. (Jennie B.) Fawvor of Medina, Mrs. Jewel K. Holmes of Port Arthur, and Mrs. Ed Cooley of Singer, LA. Mrs. Allen was a member of the First Pentecostal church for over 41 years and was active in the work of the church filling the pulpit on a number of occasions.
