Hiram 7 BIGELOW

16324.24       Hiram 7 BIGELOW, son of  Ephraim Bate 6 ( Ephraim 5 , John 4 , Liutenant John 3,Joshua 2, John 1), and Anne (WAY) BIGELOW, was born at Hoosick, Rensselaer, NYon 30 January 1798. He married Rebecca Van Vliet on 19 January 1825. We have no data on her, but Hiram died after 1850 at Oquawka, Henderson, IL. He was a carpenter and joiner. From 1850 census, we determine at least three of the children of Hiram and Rebecca (Van Vliet) Bigelow:

16324.241     Devorna, b ca 1827; listed as being a stage driver.

16324.242t    Horace, b 20 Feb 1835 Wayne co., NY; d 07 May 1919; m 21 Sept 1871 Johnson Co., MO, Harriet McConnell; 3 children.

16324.243     Harriet, b ca 1842.

There were possibly others, but we have no record.
