I have a copy of an affidavit signed by the above person in 1891,
at age 66(b. 1825), residing in Webster, MA. Elisha had
administered medicine to the person the affidavit was for, so I'm assuming
he was a Doctor. I have not been able to find anything on your sight
about this person so I am submitting the information as general interest
to anyone who may be looking for this Bigelow. He apparently knew
my great-grandfather George W. Chase, from which I have this info.
The only Bigelow that I have noticed close to that area is Hiram and Betsy
(Brown). They were having children at a time that would fit for this
Elisha but he is not listed as one of thiers. Hope this helps someone
a little if they are looking for proof of existance.
